We have dropped new buys from the Rayno Biopharmaceuticals Portfolio for 2018 (see below).  We have entered a potentially a new bear market for biotechnology stocks since the recent top of 8/30/18 and severe correction of October 2018. Large cap biotech stocks that pay dividends are stabilizing. We need to hold recent October bottoms in the XBI and IJR, two ETFs that correlate with biotech stock performance.
