Strongest El Nino on record!
Forecast Shows Very Little PPT Over Next Month
Headline in today’s LATimes says the new El Nino forecast will reach far north.
But despite strange damaging local storms North of Los Angeles a rainy pattern is not coming over the next ten days.
However over 3 months a wet pattern is more apparent.
