Great Skiing at Mammoth Mountain– LaNina Cold Storm

Sorry for this late post but there is great  skiing at Mammoth Mountain where I was yesterday. Plenty of POW for everyone. Snow showers Monday then warming trend next week. Carry chains as CHP may check if snowing on drive on grade above Bishop and in town. The weather changed last week when the polar vortex broke down in North Central U.S. allowing a N to S weather pattern in CA.The blocking high off the CA Coast was weaker.

Here is Mammoth Mountain where they have 19 inches of snow in 72 hrs. 22 deg with Mid-Winter conditions.
